Staff always caring. The only thing that would be improved was the communication about my blood notch being ready. Perhaps I hadn't explained to the receptionist that I was not waiting for a result over a different requests planed the love. I had proper communication. We were not able to have some for time outside.

Although the experience is stressful. The staff were kind and considerate and kept me informed.
